Responsibilities
- Dealing with relevant document including offer letter, bilateral loan agreement, guarantees, performance bond, standby letter of credit
- Reviewing and checking of legal documents as lender and/or agent (syndications) for all loan products (including non-performing loans)
- Ensuring loan terms and conditions are fully complied
- Perfecting, registration and discharge of mortgages, guarantees, cash charges etc
- Preparation of Head Office, MAS and internal reports
- Monitoring of loan covenants, performing searches, safe keeping of legal documents, etc
